Golf Course Data & Maps

iGolf hosts the world's largest GPS-enabled golf course database, covering more than 40,000 courses and powering over 25 million rounds of golf a year. Fortune 500 companies and leading golf brands rely on us for enterprise-scale access to course information, GPS maps, and terrain elevation data, built to integrate directly into mobile apps, devices, simulators, and platforms.

Golf Course Data

40,000+ courses. 175+ countries. One verified source.

iGolf maintains the world's largest golf course database: name and location search, full contact records (address, phone, email, website), facility type across public, private, resort, and municipal, and turf detail. Every record is continually updated and structured for integration, so golf technology providers and industry partners can build on verified data at global scale.

Scorecard & Tee Box Data

Every tee. Every hole. Men's and women's.

iGolf licenses hole-by-hole scorecard data to mobile apps and GPS devices: tee box names and colors, yardages, slope and rating across men's and women's tees, par values, and hole handicaps. Developers and OEMs use it to power scoring, side games like Wolf and Snake, and competitive formats that depend on precise per-hole detail.

Simple GPS Data

Compressed coordinates. Minimal footprint. Fast to integrate.

iGolf Simple GPS Data delivers latitude and longitude for front, center, and back pin placements, tee box centers, and up to four custom points per hole to mark key hazards. Available through the iGolf Connect® API or as an embedded file, the dataset is compressed for minimal power and memory draw on devices with limited processing or storage.

2D Golf Course Maps

Full perimeter mapping. Trees, hazards, cart paths.

iGolf GeoData provides perimeter mapping for fairways, greens, tee boxes, hazards, water features, and cart paths, plus advanced layers for trees and obstacles with size, centerline paths to the hole, and clubhouse structures. Access it through the iGolf Connect® API for mobile and web, or embed it directly into GPS-enabled hardware.

3D Golf Course Maps

27,000+ courses. 10x10 meter grid. First to market.

iGolf delivers proprietary Z-axis height data on a 10x10 meter grid, light enough to ship on constrained hardware but detailed enough to render visible undulations, accurate tree placement, and true perspective views. Developers and OEMs use it for course previews, Plays Like Distance, virtual play, GPS navigation, and game simulation.

One Meter Scalable Terrain Data

1x1 meter grid. 17,000+ courses. U.S., U.K. and Canada.

iGolf's 1x1 meter Z-axis grid captures terrain fine enough for golf simulators, game engines, agronomic analysis, green undulation and performance tools. Partners scale resolution to the processing power and memory available, from ultra-detailed 3D environments down to lighter implementations. Coverage currently spans more than 17,000 courses across the U.S., U.K. and Canada.

Enhanced Course Elements

200+ new classifications. Renderings at full detail.

Enhanced Course Elements adds more than 150 data classifications to iGolf's course renderings. Backgrounds and surrounding scenery gain 20+ types, native areas, forests, and hazards more than 100, with expanded tree and vegetation species throughout. Hole features are defined more finely, including green aprons, fairways, new bunker perimeter types with custom color mapping, and turf classification by zone.

Green Heat Maps

Every slope. Every break. 17,000+ courses.

Green Heat Maps show undulation and slope direction through color shading that grades the severity of elevation change and directional arrows that mark the break. Coverage spans more than 15,000 courses across North America and expands daily. Built for mobile apps, simulation platforms, and training tools where players need to read a green before they putt.

Driving Range Data

Boundaries, targets, landing surfaces, practice greens.

iGolf maps driving ranges and practice facilities in the same detail as course play: fencing lines and range boundaries, target locations with precise distances, multiple landing surfaces for realistic ball behavior, and practice greens and bunkers. Built for simulators, training aids, and coaching platforms where accurate target mapping drives player development.
