POSITION OBJECTIVE:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and creating a pipeline of new customers through market research, networking, referrals, and cold calling. We are looking for a professional and engaging individual who can own all steps of the lead generation process, sales presentations, contract negotiations, closing, and implementation. They will work under the direction of the Vice President of Sales and closely with a dedicated Account Manager. This position can be remote, but travel to our headquarters in San Diego, CA, monthly is required. The ideal candidate will have experience or knowledge within the golf industry.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Identify and generates new business within the iGolf Connect and iGolf Powered verticals
• Create sales and product presentations and deliver to prospective iGolf customers
• Develop and implements a sales action plan with objectives and strategies to increase revenue and aggressively acquire new accounts
• Seeks/creates opportunities to expand business with current clients; identifies further business expansion and develops and presents solutions to management
• Drive internal cross-functional initiatives that will improve iGolf’s platform and database, as well as the overall customer experience to build greater satisfaction and continued customer loyalty
• Establish strong relationships with current customers, including management and stakeholders, to support ongoing successful adoption of iGolf’s products and drive additional value throughout the lifetime of the contract
• Maintain impeccable notes and administration of your accounts within the iGolf Connect platform, as well as a back-end project management software
• Attend trade shows, conventions, conferences, and other relevant golf industry events as needed; prepares post-event reports and analysis for management
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS:
• A minimum of 2 years of successful previous business development experience is a requirement
• Must be able to demonstrate professional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Personable and outgoing people skills (we want someone who is not afraid to pick up the phone!)
• Must be an initiative-taker with the ability to work independently and proactively to create a steady pipeline of leads
• Ability to think outside of the box and produce new market/customer strategies
• Demonstrated ability to make successful presentations to individuals and/or groups at all levels of an organization
• Proficient in the Microsoft365 Suite (Excel, Word, Teams)
• Previous experience using a CRM
• Demonstrate exceptional organization and task management skills, with a commitment to managing priorities and workflow
• Experience with international business development a plus, but not required
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
• Required travel to our San Diego, CA office, including overnight trips.
• Requires a minimum of 30% travel

Position Objective
The Project Manager will be responsible for the coordination of development, testing and manufacturing of various projects – including electronic devices, software, and mobile apps. This in-person role works with engineering and testing teams, along with operations, manufacturing, and executive teams to ensure quality and availability of product for development partners. We are seeking candidates who understand broad technical concepts and display the attributes of a leader with strong communications skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
Analyze, plan, and develop requirements based on input from client in reference to scheduled projects
Manage hardware projects daily; coordinate project/product scheduling, tracking, testing and development resource management
In coordination with Supply Chain Coordinator and operations team, manage vendor selection process and assist with sourcing and procurement of components
Coordinate with manufacturer for tooling, prototype bring up, production runs, revisions, and shipments
Control project administration deliverables (i.e. testing procedures and tracking, meeting notes)
Provide status reports to management and modify schedule or resources as required
Work with Project Manager from engineering team to:
Set and track project milestones - realigning schedules and expectations as needed
Manage QA/QC testing for embedded devices and for new software or firmware releases
Distribute tasks to a team of both on-site and off-site dedicated engineers
Ensure documentation is kept up to date
Performs other related duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
2+ years project management experience in a technical field
Experience using project management software and standard Microsoft Office products
Experience with international development teams and contract manufacturers a plus
Travel Requirements
May travel to various Domestic and International client sites, including overnight trips.
Requires a minimum of 10% travel.
