SAN DIEGO, CA – iGolf is excited to partner with Everything 24 Services Pty Ltd., the company behind GOLF.AI, an artificial intelligence platform building a connected intelligence layer for golfers and golf course operators. Through the partnership, GOLF.AI integrates iGolf’s industry-leading golf course mapping and GPS data into its technology ecosystem, providing accurate course intelligence to support AI-powered experiences ranging from on-course assistance and interactive scorecards to golfer engagement and course operations.
GOLF.AI is built around an ambitious objective: using artificial intelligence to simplify how golfers and golf facilities interact with the game. For golfers, the platform provides an AI-powered experience that includes interactive scorecards, golf rules assistance, tee time discovery, weather information, and tools designed to support play and course strategy. GOLF.AI describes its broader vision as creating an intelligent, connected experience that extends from a golfer’s first interaction with a facility through the final putt.
The platform also extends artificial intelligence directly to golf course operations through the GOLF.AI Concierge Agent. Designed as a 24/7 AI phone agent for golf facilities, Concierge can answer incoming calls, respond to common questions, search live tee time availability, send SMS confirmations, and, with supported tee sheet integrations, book and cancel reservations directly within the facility’s existing system. GOLF.AI currently supports direct integrations with multiple tee sheet providers, with additional systems supported for live availability and pricing.
By pairing these capabilities with iGolf’s database of more than 40,000 mapped golf courses across 177 countries, GOLF.AI gains a global course-intelligence foundation that can help its technology understand not simply the golfer, but the physical environment in which the game is being played. iGolf’s detailed course layouts, green mapping, and geospatial intelligence provide structured course context that can support increasingly sophisticated AI-powered interactions across the GOLF.AI ecosystem.
The partnership is particularly aligned with GOLF.AI’s development of an AI Caddie, which the company describes as an on-course intelligence experience that learns from each round. Accurate course intelligence is fundamental to making that type of technology meaningful: understanding the golfer’s location and the characteristics of the hole creates the foundation for providing relevant information within the context of the actual course being played. GOLF.AI’s broader data layer is designed to continuously improve decision-making across golfer engagement, pricing, and operations.
For iGolf, the relationship represents an important example of how structured golf course intelligence can serve as foundational infrastructure for emerging AI applications. As artificial intelligence moves beyond answering questions and increasingly performs tasks, manages workflows, and delivers context-aware recommendations, reliable golf-specific data becomes critical. Combining GOLF.AI’s conversational and autonomous technology with iGolf’s global course intelligence creates opportunities to make golf technology more intuitive for players while simultaneously helping facilities automate everyday interactions and operational workflows.
“Artificial intelligence is creating entirely new ways for golfers and golf facilities to interact with technology, and GOLF.AI has a compelling vision for bringing those experiences together. What makes this partnership especially exciting is that iGolf’s course intelligence can provide real-world context across both sides of their platform — from helping an AI understand the golf hole a player is standing on to supporting smarter interactions between golfers and facilities. We’re excited to work with the GOLF.AI team as they continue developing an intelligent and increasingly connected ecosystem for the game,” said Ryan Kimberling, Vice President of Sales & Strategy at iGolf.
