SAN DIEGO, CA – March 18, 2026 – iGolf is excited to partner with ProTee United B.V., the Netherlands-based golf technology company behind a comprehensive indoor golf ecosystem spanning launch monitor hardware, performance analysis, and immersive simulation software. Through the partnership, ProTee will leverage iGolf’s industry-leading golf course mapping and geospatial data to strengthen the real-world course intelligence supporting its virtual golf experiences and further connect indoor golf with the courses golfers know and play around the world.

Founded in 2001, ProTee has spent more than two decades developing indoor golf technology for home, commercial, and professional environments. The company’s flagship ProTee VX is a ceiling-mounted, machine-vision and AI-powered launch monitor using dual high-speed cameras to capture detailed ball and club information in real time. ProTee’s technology measures data including ball speed, spin, launch direction and angle, club speed, swing path, face angle, attack angle, impact location, carry distance, total distance, and other ball-flight metrics, providing golfers with a detailed foundation for practice, analysis, and simulation. ProTee reports thousands of users worldwide and a global network of more than 150 resellers.

ProTee’s ecosystem extends well beyond launch monitor hardware. ProTee Labs provides golfers with tools for analyzing shot data and swing video, including practice ranges, bag mapping, dispersion analysis, wedge matrices, statistics, and other performance features. Through ProTee Studios, the company is also developing next-generation simulation software in Unreal Engine, combining advanced physics, real-time shot tracking, dynamic environments, and highly detailed virtual courses to create increasingly realistic indoor golf experiences. Together, ProTee Technology and ProTee Studios allow the company to control both the hardware capturing the golf shot and the software environment in which that shot is experienced.

Through this partnership, ProTee will integrate iGolf’s comprehensive golf course database and mapping intelligence into its simulation ecosystem, providing access to detailed real-world course information from more than 40,000 mapped golf courses across 177 countries. iGolf’s course layouts, green mapping, elevation information, and geospatial data provide the spatial foundation required to recreate recognizable golf environments and connect simulator play more closely with the characteristics of the actual courses golfers encounter outdoors.

The relationship creates a particularly strong alignment between iGolf’s expertise in transforming real-world golf courses into precise digital environments and ProTee’s ability to measure, analyze, and reproduce the golf shot indoors. For golfers, that combination creates opportunities that extend beyond entertainment. Accurate representations of real golf courses can support course preparation, strategy development, practice, competition, and year-round access to golf regardless of weather or location. For ProTee, iGolf’s global mapping infrastructure provides a scalable course-data foundation as the company continues expanding both its simulation software and connected indoor golf ecosystem.

“ProTee has spent more than two decades pushing indoor golf forward, and what makes this partnership particularly exciting is the depth of the technology they have built across both hardware and software. Their ability to accurately capture the golf shot, analyze performance, and recreate the playing experience provides an ideal environment for iGolf’s global course intelligence. Together, we have an opportunity to make virtual golf more representative of the real courses golfers play and create an even stronger connection between indoor practice and the game outside,” said Ryan Kimberling, Vice President of Sales & Strategy at iGolf.
