SAN DIEGO, CA – May 24, 2023 – iGolf is excited to partner with SwingLogic, a golf hardware and technology company focused on making advanced golf technology more accessible to players of all skill levels. Through the partnership, iGolf’s global GPS course database and mapping technology will support SwingLogic’s connected golf ecosystem, powering the course intelligence layer across the SLX Hybrid product line and the SLX Connect mobile application.

Through the partnership, SwingLogic will integrate iGolf’s comprehensive GPS course database into its platform, providing accurate course intelligence across its launch monitor, GPS, and simulation products. With iGolf’s database covering more than 40,000 mapped golf courses across 177 countries, including detailed hole layouts, green mapping, geospatial information, and 3D elevation terrain, SwingLogic users will benefit from a more complete and accurate course experience whether practicing at home, training at the range, or playing on the course.

SwingLogic was founded on the belief that premium golf technology should be available without the premium price typically associated with advanced equipment. The company’s product ecosystem includes the MicroSim indoor simulator and the SLX Hybrid family of radar-based launch monitors, designed to combine swing analysis, performance measurement, simulation, and GPS navigation in accessible formats. The SLX Hybrid Pro and SLX Hybrid Mini provide golfers with key performance metrics including ball speed, clubhead speed, smash factor, and calculated carry distance, while connecting with the SLX Connect app for additional features including GPS navigation, simulation modes, swing video sharing, training tools, and on-course audio distances.

By integrating iGolf’s course intelligence into the SwingLogic ecosystem, golfers gain a consistent and reliable data experience across multiple touchpoints. GPS distances delivered through the SLX Connect app, course information displayed through SwingLogic devices, and virtual simulation experiences are all supported by the same trusted mapping infrastructure used across leading golf technology platforms.

“SwingLogic has taken an innovative approach to making advanced golf technology more accessible to everyday golfers,” said Ryan Kimberling, Vice President of Sales & Strategy at iGolf. “What makes their platform compelling is the way they connect practice, performance measurement, simulation, and on-course play into one ecosystem. We’re excited to provide the course intelligence behind that experience and help ensure golfers receive accurate information whether they are analyzing their swing, practicing at home, or playing a round on the course.”
